All started like this....
kikakiart: I've got this crazy idea....what if you create 50 stentor-speakers to network them so to amplify the sound? (for details of how the initial inspiration came about please see other section of this blog or future history of art books....)
Spyros: I was just starting my pottery course at that point so the stentor-speakers could only be of clay!
The very first attempt (sweet dreams are made of this....and palpitations..do you remember Kika?):
It took hundreds of hours discussing over the phone and skype, few hundreds of messages with whatsup, one new baby (well done Argyris), 6 new and old friends (I love you all), one fascist president of the USA, 3 trips London to Chania, 2 trips Chania to London (sorry for the environmentally conscious but falling in LOVE should offset any CO2 footprint-at least to my calculations) ONE BIG LOVE (WE ARE TALKING HUGE MAN....)....for the stentors to transform through the images you see below....
PS: the creation of stentors is still in progress ie in the best period it could be.....without Kokinodentri it wouldnt have progressed to this point (sorry for the self reference- art like LOVE is quite selfish and arrogant any way, don't you think?)
